- 1 breaded chicken fillet
- 2 slices Bleu d’Auvergne cheese
- Rocket
- Curly lettuce
- Red pickled onions
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Chilli
Preparation steps
- Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and chilli into a samurai sauce.
- Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
- Spread the samurai sauce over the base.
- Put a handful of rocket and curly lettuce on the sauce.
- Put the hot breaded chicken on the lettuce.
- Place the Bleu d'Auvergne on the chicken and add the red pickled onions.
- Add a drizzle of samurai sauce.
- Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
- Gently press so that the ingredients stay together.
