  • 1 breaded chicken fillet
  • 2 slices Bleu d’Auvergne cheese
  • Rocket
  • Curly lettuce
  • Red pickled onions
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Chilli

  • Mix the ketchup, mayonnaise and chilli into a samurai sauce.
  • Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Spread the samurai sauce over the base.
  • Put a handful of rocket and curly lettuce on the sauce.
  • Put the hot breaded chicken on the lettuce.
  • Place the Bleu d'Auvergne on the chicken and add the red pickled onions.
  • Add a drizzle of samurai sauce.
  • Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
  • Gently press so that the ingredients stay together.
